The South Coast trunk route, M27/A27 is close by within one mile at the recently improved Farlington junction linked by the dual carriageway A2030 Eastern Road. Opposite the property is a Morrisons superstore. Portsmouth City Centre and the Continental Ferry Port at Rudmore are both approximately three miles away.

There is excellent connectivity to the UK road network – west to Southampton, east towards Brighton, north to London and the M25 via the M3 or A3M. The opening in 2011 of the Hindhead Tunnel on the A3 will significantly improve driving times to Heathrow and Gatwick Airports.
